Access to this digital platform depends on the confirmation that the user is over 18 years old.
Extabu, Lda. reserves the exclusive right to suspend, partially or entirely, access to this digital platform at any time, particularly during management, maintenance, repair, modification, or upgrading operations, and to close, either temporarily or permanently, partially or entirely, access to this platform, without prejudice to any pending contractual obligations.
Throughout the use of the website, direct contact methods such as WhatsApp, email, or phone may be provided to improve the user experience, and the information provided there does not replace any formal communication.

Prior Registration on the Platform
Access and use of certain features on this digital platform require prior registration by the user through the “Create Account” option, where the user must provide their name, email, and password, in accordance with the other instructions given on the platform.
After registering on the platform, the user will receive a “Customer Account Confirmation” email.
Whenever necessary, KYC details may be requested, such as Citizen Card, photographs, and other personal data, which will be processed by a specialized external entity.
For complete identification, the user may be required to provide: Full name/business name, address/headquarters, tax identification number, email, and phone number.
Once registered, users can log in using their email and password.
Registration is prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age, and Extabu, Lda. is not responsible for false declarations related to birthdates or age.

Products
The products sold through this website are certified for quality through a selection of products imported from European suppliers who specialize in them, and are pre-analyzed in laboratories and carefully selected, ensuring maximum quality and safety for consumers.
All products sold include labels indicating the product type, composition, storage instructions, applicable legislation, and restrictions.

Contract Formation
To place an order, the user must follow the online purchase procedure and click “Authorize Payment,” after which they must read and accept these Terms and Conditions. By doing so, the user enters into a purchase agreement with Extabu, Lda. (the "Contract"). The user will then receive an email confirming the receipt of their order (the "Order Confirmation").
The user is free to select any products, add them to the “shopping cart,” and remove them, without constituting any contractual commitment between the parties.

Prices and Payments
The price of each product is the one specified on the website.
There may be input errors in the price indications. If errors are detected in the price of any products, they will be corrected immediately, and if the customer has already placed an order, they will be informed promptly and contacted to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it.
If we cannot contact the customer, the order will be canceled, and the full amount paid will be refunded. We are not obligated to supply any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the price error is obvious and unambiguous, and could reasonably have been recognized by the customer as an incorrect price.
The prices indicated include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount to be paid and indicated to the customer before confirming the purchase.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as provided earlier) changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.
Registered users can view a record of all orders made in the “Account” section.

Payment Options
In cooperation with euPago - Instituição de Pagamento LDA Praça Artur Santos Silva 74, 4200-534 Porto, we offer the following payment options: MBWay; Reference and Multibanco Entity. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
In cooperation with Viva Wallet Portugal Edifício Fundação, R. Barata Salgueiro 30 2º Esquerdo, 1250-044 Lisboa, we offer MBWay, Google Pay, and Credit Card. We also offer the option to transfer via IBAN to Extabu, Lda.'s account.
If payment is not confirmed after the customer has indicated their purchase, Extabu, Lda. reserves the right to contact the customer to resolve the non-payment and process the order.

Product Delivery
We deliver to all recipients in mainland Portugal, the Islands, and the European Union.
Products are shipped by mail to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
If the merchandise is delivered with visible transport damage, this must be reported immediately to Extabu, Lda. via email at afonso.machado@tabucbd.pt.
Failure to communicate as per the previous point does not affect the consumer's right to product warranty under applicable law, and it allows Extabu, Lda. to exercise its rights concerning the transport company.

Returns
Under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, products sold here, due to their susceptibility to deterioration, and the fact that they are 100% organic sealed products, are not subject to return.
In cases of non-compliance such as product defects, delivery of a different product, or delivery issues attributable to the merchant, Extabu, Lda. will send a new order without additional costs via regular shipping method, provided that such non-compliance is proven by the consumer or the transport company.
If the consumer wishes to receive the new order via a different shipping method than the usual one, they will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Alternatively, the consumer may request the return of the paid amounts.

Order Cancellation
Orders placed through this website whose payment is not received or processed will be considered canceled after 2 days.
Up until the moment of shipment, the consumer may request cancellation of the order, receiving cancellation confirmation within 48 hours.
In the case of order cancellation, all amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method as the initial transaction.

User Obligations
By accessing and using this platform, the user agrees to respect:
a) The rights of Extabu, Lda., other users, and third parties;
b) Not to act against good morals and to respect all legal provisions, using the platform appropriately;
c) To respect the integrity of the content provided on the platform and refrain from altering, accessing, reproducing, or using it illegally.

Intellectual Property Rights
The user is not authorized to transmit, publish, modify, copy, sell, use, or distribute, in any form, the texts, images, or other information on this site without prior written authorization from the legal representatives of Extabu, Lda.
The use of trademarks and logos on this platform, as well as the availability of materials, does not grant permission to the users to use these trademarks, logos, or materials.

Content Provided by the User
The user may publish or send content to Extabu, Lda. via email, upload, or other available means, including texts, comments, messages, information, images, photographs, articles, illustrations, software, audio, video, and other materials.
The publication or submission of content by the user implies the tacit declaration that they are the author of the content and freely authorize Extabu, Lda. or third parties it designates to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute this content for commercial purposes.

Acceptance of These Terms
By using this platform, the user agrees to the collection and use of their information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Extabu, Lda. reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice, with changes published on this platform.

Dispute Resolution
As it involves e-commerce transactions, the user has the right to attempt extrajudicial resolution of any dispute, as provided in EU Regulation No. 524/2013, through the online dispute resolution platform available at:
